As a PMI Adelaide Chapter member, for a modest cost ($50), you can gain many benefits from being mentored by an experienced project manager. These include:

  • Gaining confidence in the use of Project Management
  • Having someone to talk to openly about your Project Management challenges
  • Brainstorming ideas to any problems / issues
  • Obtaining an objective view on your Project Management style

The Mentoring Program is a:

  • A learning and development environment
  • An opportunity to guide a mentee towards their goals
  • Mutual sharing of experiences for an agreed outcome
  • Inspiring and supporting another person

Your CV and/or expectations (sent through separately to the Mentoring Coordinator) will be used to pair you with a suitable Mentor. At least 9 scheduled meetings between Mentor and Mentee are included.  The Mentee is expected to cover any meeting expenses (e.g. coffee and refreshments) with their Mentor.
