Dr Morteza SHOKRI GHASABEH, PMP, CCP

I believe in the power of sharing ideas and enabling their actualisation. I'm a project management consultant and an academic collaborator with 20 years of experience in enabling professionals and projects to succeed. I'm proud of being a pivotal contributor to the successful delivery of various significant projects in Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas, IT, Automation and Health. My hands-on experiences in such projects provided me with a tremendous amount of lessons. I hold a BSc in Civil and Structural Engineering, an MSc in Construction Management, and Doctorate in Project Management. I also hold a PMP certification and a CCP (Certified Cost Professional) certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE). As a volunteer, I enjoy mentoring and educating the next brilliant minds in Project Management and raising awareness on various soft skills, advocating a cultural shift. Also, as an immigrant to this beautiful land, I enjoy supporting other professionals who bring their overseas experiences to Australia. Finally, as a former board member of the PMI Adelaide chapter, I'm proud to be back to support this thriving chapter as a mentor.
