IT Project Management SIG (ITPMSIG) - The LeanIT, DevOps journey of University of Adelaide
During the 28th September IT PM SIG, Kerrie will discuss the LeanIT and DevOps journey of University of Adelaide.
We will go through an exciting journey on how University of Adelaide implemented Agile and DevOps over the last few years. During her talk, our guest speaker for the evening, Kerrie Ann Campbell, the Deputy CIO of Uni Adelaide will discuss:
- Agile and what it means to the University
- Agile development and the PMs new role
- How Uni Adelaide created a new A3 sized business case and what it now means
- What it looks like for PMs and BAs in an Agile World
This is an interactive event with lots of valuable networking opportunities. You will get plenty of opportunities to ask questions from the speaker and interact with the participants throughout the event.

About the ACS IT Project Management Special Interest Group (IT PM SIG)
The ACS IT Project Management Special Interest Group (IT PM SIG) was launched in April 2000 as a forum for project managers to participate in professional development and to share ideas with their peers. It is a joint initiative of the Australian Computer Society and the Project Management Institute. The IT PM SIG meets on the first Monday of each month with occasional exceptions due to public holidays.
Sessions are open to members of either association, or to non-members with an interest in IT Project Management. The target participants are project managers in IT environments, and people of all levels of experience and interest are welcome. This is a forum where students of project management can meet practitioners with 20 years of experience.
The objectives of the IT PM SIG are:
