The strength of PRINCE2 lies in the areas of project direction, governance and management. It provides little focus on product development. Whereas Agile is strong on product development, early release of outcomes, collaboration and great team cutlure. (PRINCE 2 Agile Handbook, Copyright 2015, Axelos Limited).
What if there was a way to achieve the best of both worlds?
PRINCE2 is one of the most widely used project management methodologies in the world and is increasingly being used in conjunction with Agile.
PRINCE2 and Agile have their own strengths and when combined they complement each other creating a holistic approach to managing projects in an Agile way.
This presentation will provide project management professionals with an overview of PRINCE2 Agile Methodology.
This is an interactive event with lots of valuable networking opportunities.
You will get plenty of opportunities to ask questions from the speaker and interact with the participants throughout the event.
