Analyses transport infrastructure projects in Australia including funding, efficiency and risks and discusses how can they be improved.
Presenter Overview:
Scott is a chartered engineer and economist with 30 years’ experience in transport infrastructure, focusing on planning, demand modelling and economic analysis. Scott has led or managed road, rail, light rail and busway projects in all Australia States as well as New Zealand and South East Asia. He has extensive experience in planning studies and business cases for road, freeway, heavy and light rail projects. Recent projects include South Road Darlington planning, Sydney NorthConnex business case, Auckland Light Rail planning, and Glenelg Tram Extension Stages I & II.
