Presentation Title: Leadership: A Military Perspective

 

Presentation Overview:

An interactive presentation designed to provide an overview of military leadership training, and how individual leadership styles mature and develop with experience. The presentation emphasises a number of keyword topics that are required to be demonstrated by ADF military leaders of all ranks. It does not purport to be the final word in this matter, nor does the ADF claim to have the definitive template; rather it aims to present to the audience a number of different ideas and techniques that may be appropriate in their own workplaces.

Major Christopher Roe is a commissioned officer in the Australian Defence Force (Army) and currently Manager, Army Museum of South Australia.
