The implications leadership theories in practice have for practical project management leadership in steady state / routine situations and more complex contexts.

 

Presenter Overview:

Anama is currently Principal consultant at Anama Morriss Consulting & Associates. She is also a lecturer at the University of Adelaide where she developed and delivers Leadership of Organisations course in Master of Applied Project Management and related programs in intensive and online format both for Adelaide and Singapore. 
She is formally the Manager for Strategy and Workforce Planning at the University of Adelaide and also the former Manager for Strategy and Performance Management at the CSIRO.

Anama Morriss is a Psychologist and Organizational Development Strategist with substantial workforce planning, performance management, HR policy and team and leadership development program experience in the public and higher education sectors. Anama focuses on evidence and principle based processes. Anama is a Psychologist with experience in education and organizations.
