Presentation Title: Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment

Presentation Overview:

The Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment will re-affirm the facility as one of the world’s premier conference centres, ensuring it remains competitive in a very demanding market and boosting the economic and tourism contribution to the State of South Australia. This presentation will focus on the various aspects of the Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment Project including a project overview, the procurement model utilised for the construction, the design philosophy behind the iconic new buildings, innovative aspects of the facility and the construction process.

Presenter Overview:

Ben Hogarth is an Associate at Turner & Townsend Thinc and is the Project Manager for the Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment Project. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has over 12 years of construction industry experience. Ben has a background in Civil Engineering Contracting before moving to client side Project Management.
