Why Time Isn't of the Essence and Money Doesn't Buy Happiness

Why Time Isn't of the Essence and Money Doesn't Buy Happiness

Never mind the Cost, Feel the Quality
To finish off our Technical Project Management series, Terry McKenna will take us through what "quality" means in the world of project managment. After all, quality is one of the big pillars in the project managment world.
Terry's presentation will focus on the role of quality in project management. The term "quality management" excites few in a world in which concerns such as time-to-market and fiscal constraint are top-of-mind.
This session will take both a serious and light-hearted – and at times cynical – look at quality and the perennial battle it faces in that context.
We will look at what “quality” means, and how the project manager is faced with the challenge of getting the balance right.
With any luck, participants will take away some insights into not only the importance of managing quality, but practical approaches to apply in their everyday work environment.
