Leading the Building of Better Project Teams - Leadership Series Presentation March 2018
First of the Leadership Series presentations for 2018.
Presentation:
This presentation will focus on the importance of building better project teams. Some project teams are constructed with staff that are available rather than have the right skills, experience and behaviours. We will explore some attributes that need to be considered when building a project team, often overlooked or considered in the early stages of a project’s formation.
This presentation includes insights from Scott Way, BDO’s Industrial and Organisational Psychology practice partner.
Speaker - Nick Kervin:
Nick has been working in IT for over 24 years. He has deep experience across all aspects of the IT industry including IT strategy, business transformation, software development, IT risk, project and program management, procurement and sourcing, infrastructure management and resilience, outsourcing and cloud and service management.
