This presentation will focus on the key elements for making a workplace healthy. It
will consider the ways that you can influence the mental health and wellbeing in your work
teams. It will link the value of leading a modern wellbeing culture to achieve both
individual high performance and to maximise organisational success.
Susan McPhee has designed and delivered specific training and development activities to
assist team effectiveness and various programs that support the development of leadership
skills. Programs have included leading teams through change and transition, managing
staff with psychological and physical health challenges, addressing performance issues,
and effective communication. Several programs incorporate the use of our proprietary
tool, the Influence Dimensions, as a foundation for understanding differences in communication
and leadership style. She is also well experienced in providing both mediation and
