What is/isn't reality and how it impacts the performance of project leadership

is a presentation in PMI Adelaide Chapter's PMI Leadership Series 2020.

Our brain continuously searches for information through our famous five senses to respond and make decisions at any given moment. Interestingly the brain also creates "a" meaning out of each situation. This meaning can be in any form, or way, and as anything that our brain would like to interpret it as. We simply call it "perception". But what is "reality" and how can we make a distinction between these two? In this session, Kamyar will share his learning as why reality is not necessarily what we believe is true. He will shed lights from a different angle as to why projects still fail, how entrepreneurs are born, and how we can navigate through the high volume of information to make better decisions in our project world.
