With over five years of professional experience in the field, Boler has honed his skills in site management, safety, quality control, and project management. He contributed to the successful completion of multi-million-dollar residential and commercial developments. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensured that each project met the highest standards of excellence. Boler further expanded his expertise as a Project Engineer, where he managed multiple initiatives, including contract management, procurement, and client liaison. His proficiency in project estimation and scheduling, coupled with his leadership skills, enabled the timely delivery of residential and commercial projects.

Pursuing professional development, Boler is currently studying for his Master of Project Management at the University of South Australia, specializing in various aspects of construction project management, risk management, and sustainability.
