AGM 2019
Welcome to 2019!
PMI Adelaide will open its events calendar with the Annual General Meeting, followed by a great presentation by Jim McLean!
Trends in Project Management 2019
As organisations continue to tackle complex, resource intensive projects, the importance of adapting and improving project and program management remains critical. Jim will look at trends and changing practices in project and program management in Australia and globally to identify the key areas for ongoing effort over the coming year.
Presenter: Jim McLean
Jim McLean is a strong advocate for project management and a Fellow of the PMI Adelaide SA Chapter. Jim is responsible for the Transformation Program Management service line, at KPMG.
He has over 30 years’ program and project management experience, across almost every sector and industry, specializing in large scale systems integration programs that really change the way clients do business.
Jim has a keen interest in monitoring project management trends and has presented his observations a few times to Chapter events over the years.
Recent Australian survey findings produce some interesting results so Jim is keen to open up the discussion to include the findings of PMI’s Annual Global Survey (Pulse of the Profession) and what we should be doing to address any trending concerns.
