Presentation Title: Commercial and Contract Management

High level presentation on commercial and contract management following a lifecycle approach from developing a business idea/request to an outsourced implementation.
Presenter Overview:
Aled Jones has been involved in project and program management for over 25 years in engineering, software and ICT implementation. He started his career in the UK in Nuclear Power generation on control, computing and Instrumentation related projects before relocating to Adelaide in 1999. He spent two stints in consultancies: Aspect computing (1999 to 2001) then 2008 to 2011 with SMS managing projects across several organizations. In between he spent 7 years with Motorola at the software centre in Adelaide in a series of roles including project and program management. He joined Honeywell in 2011 to manage a program into BHP Billiton at Roxby Downs including a SCADA replacement initiative. Aled is currently employed at HAMBS (Health Insurance Industry) as a PMO and project manager delivering infrastructure related projects including and office relocation, a data centre relocation and a major infrastructure upgrade. He has ITIL, MSP, Prince2 and PMP certifications.
