Presenter Overview:
Gary Bettcher has been a Licensee with Leadership Management Australasia (LMA) since 2003. He is an accredited Facilitator and an experienced Mentor and Coach to his varied client base. Gary enjoys delivering a range of structured and customised leadership and management development courses for staff at various levels within organisations and was awarded an LMA Excellence Award in 2005 for developing a high performing LMA team.
To date, Gary has coached/mentored over 350 people in a range of leadership, management and sales courses.
Prior to joining LMA, Gary obtained high-level business and leadership experience in senior and middle management positions in a range of Professional organisations including Training and Job Network, Recruitment, Chartered Accounting, Medical, Architectural and Printing and Publishing activities, spanning 23 years. In each of those senior and middle management positions Gary had responsibility for all aspects of accounting, human resources and corporate services. In each organisation, Gary was a member of the respective Executive Committees that were involved in day-to-day management matters, policy formulation, human resources and industrial relations, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships and strategic and corporate planning.
Gary is tertiary qualified with an MBA from The University of Adelaide, as well as Accounting qualifications and a Diploma in Training and Assessment.
