We're delighted to bring you the second round of Beer and Brains.

Come and hear from your fellow project manager Olanrewaju Omoya about what he took away from the Leadership series.

This will be followed by our Membership Director Yudhi Mohan-Ram sharing his insight on how to overcome obstacles.

The real deal on this night will be to hear from Associate Consultant Tim Levett at The Working Journey on 'How to structure your project to enable success'.

Tim Levett

Tim specialises in implementing requisite principles of organisational design, talent and leadership while running change development programs that enable organisations to realise their intended benefits and develop ongoing capability, assisting and developing leaders while delivering their plans and achieving their goals.

Tim has experience is in delivering organisational change, with an extensive background in Project Management, Change Management, Organisational Development and the introduction of Requisite Principles across the Private, Tertiary and Government sector’s.

Tim has worked with all levels of business to deliver structural, and strategic change throughout Australia and New Zealand. Some of his work includes:

  • implementation of requisite principles into numerous organisations developing organisational Structure, Talent and Leadership

  • development and implementation of a Change Management Framework

  • the development and guidance for a change program within a department

  • analysis and recommendations for a Structural and Business model change in the local government sector

  • delivery of a cultural change program

  • delivery of a franchising project within an existing national retail network

  • a marketing and branding project for a national organization

  • and numerous IT system implementations and upgrades across the private and public sector.

The overall discussion will be moderated by Yudhi and allow participants to share their thoughts and insights on burning questions.

Presentations will be short in nature with the emphasis on group sharing.
