Glenn Rypp is an accomplished technical leader with a diverse background spanning engineering, project management, and systems engineering. With nearlya  decade of Defence experience, he has successfully led both small and large-scale programs, managing cross-functional teams across various domains from operational concepts through to acquisition and sustainment. Glenn has also established and managed a Project Management Office (PMO), driving governance, process standardisation, and financial oversight.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Applied Project Management. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a Certified Practicing Senior Project Manager (CPSPM), and holds certification in Managing Successful Programs (MSP). His blend of practical experience and academic credentials reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Glenn has been selected to represent Australia 12 times in international Canoe/Kayak competitions, exemplifying the same discipline, dedication, and leadership that he brings to his career.
