She skilfully employs tailored methodologies to lead her clients towards successful goal achievement and enhanced organisational success. With nearly 15 years of experience across various industries and countries, Neeraja has spearheaded numerous projects and achieved successful outcomes and has guided organisations towards efficient goal attainment through process improvements.

Her passion for continuous learning has driven her own professional journey, including participation in a mentorship program as a mentee with PMI Adelaide. Now, Neeraja is excited to join PMI Adelaide as the Deputy Associate Director of the Professional Development Portfolio, where she aims to contribute to the advancement of the Professional Development Portfolio.
