Presentation:

There's no doubt that from time to time as a Project Manager you will find yourself the bearer of bad tidings. Or at least you probably should be.

How easy that is to do may depend on your own skill, or the attitude of others.
In the worst case you may retire to a quiet place and wait for the train wreck.

This talk will explore factors that can influence the success (or otherwise) of your efforts and help determine the best strategy to adopt.
Henrietta will invite you to explore what you know about yourself, your organization and your client or project sponsor to find the best way forward.
