Presentation Title: Agile Project Management – “Agile Stories”

Frank will share his Agile experiences to date in the context of education, training and self-development along with the application of Agile principles and values within organisations commercially. The aim is to invoke some thinking, reflection and discussion on our collective experiences and knowledge in ‘Doing Agile and Being Agile’ from a project management viewpoint.

Frank is a highly qualified and experienced Information Technology professional with over 25 years of experience in public and private sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom across a number of industries, including Utilities, Natural Resource Management, Land Administration, Taxation, Insurance, Agribusiness, Criminal Justice, Health, Retail and Education. Roles in these organisations have included all aspects of the software and systems development life-cycle. Frank has been specialising in the management and delivery of enterprise wide IT programs and projects meeting strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
He has a proven ability to manage all aspects of large complex projects with multi-function teams while building close stakeholder relationships in matrix structures based on his strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Frank is a member of the Global Project Management Advisory Panel for Torrens University Australia, a member and previous Board Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and the Scrum Alliance.
He holds global professional industry certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Prince2® Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)..
